Canva Instructions
How to Create Your Personalised EUROPEAN ROTORS 2026 Social Media Card
Step 1: Open the template
Click the link below to open the EUROPEAN ROTORS 2026 social media card template: [Canva template link]
You don’t need a Canva account to view it, but you will need a free account to edit and download (sign up in seconds with Google or email).
Step 2: Make your own copy
Click “Use this template” (top right corner). This creates your own private, editable version, while the original stays unchanged for everyone else.
Step 3: Find your category card
Inside the template, you will see several card designs for different categories: Attendee, Speaker, Exhibitor, and Sponsor. Scroll through and select the one that applies to you. There are two options for each category.
Step 4: Personalise your card
Depending on your category, fill in the relevant details:
- Photo: Upload your headshot and drag it into the placeholder frame (or click “Upload” in the left-hand panel first, then drag it in).
- Company logo: Upload and place it in the designated logo area
- Name and title: Double-click the text box and type in your first name (or full name and job title, depending on the card).
- Session details: If you’re a speaker, add your session title, date, and/or time in the relevant text box.
Please leave the EUROPEAN ROTORS branded elements as they are: logos, colours, and layout should not be moved, resized, or recoloured.
Step 5: Download your card
Click “Share” (top right) → “Download” → select PNG or JPG → click Download.
Step 6: Share it on social media
Post your card to LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook and:
- Tag @EUROPEANROTORS
- Use the hashtags #EUROPEANROTORS #EUROPEANROTORS2026
